Parcel not received

I have been waiting for my parcel for 3 months now. I've been taking an hour of my day for the last month to reach them telephonically. I am unable to go to their offices in Kempton Park as I work a 12 hour shift. I have left many emails but not one of them has been responded to. I have spent all my savings on this international parcel as a birthday gift but now that has past to. I have no idea what to do next
