Parcel not moving

My parcel was at Witspos hub since 24 March 2016 and is not moving.<br> The tracking says its still in transit. I sent email on Monday 29/03/2016 , they told is on its way to Pretoria.<br> How does a parcel took more than 3 days to get to Pretoria from Witspos Hub. PA***ZA <br> Last time i was sent parcel from Capetown , it took 5 working days to reach Limpopo and it was moving everyday.
