parcel not delivered since 18 march 2016

Hi,I have been waiting for parcel from US(CW***US), it's been stuck at jhb int mail Centre since 18 march2016 and have trying to call for 2weeks now but no one answers the phone ***/6/7/8/9 and ***/40/12 please assist me.<br> I need the package to be delivered to norkem.Park post office<br> <br> Kind regards <br> Thobile
