PARCEL NOT DELIVERED FOR OVER A MONTH

I am extremely disappointed in the poor service from the post office, the parcel that was meant to be delivered to my fiance has not arrived over a month now!!!!. No one has contacted him regarding any delays, and we have no idea where the parcel is, however, it arrived in SA over a month ago.
