PARCEL NOT DELIVERED FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS

I have been waiting for a parcel for almost 2 months now from Pretoria to King Williams town.I The parcel is stuck in Port Elizabeth Hub for weeks now,this is very frustrating as the items there were meant for Winter season for my daughter nd seemingly she won't get to use them.i am so disappointed on the SAPO.I mean 29April up to this date is a very long time.why does it take this long to sort parcels nd deliver them to their rightful places.
