PARCEL NOT DELIVERED BY DUE DATE (WITSPOS (HUB))

I posted a parcel to Mossel Bay on 25/07/2015 by 29/07/2015 its still at Witspos Hub. Parcel was suppose to arrive in Mossel Bay by 30/07/2015. WHY THE DELAY????? RD***ZA
