PARCEL NOT DELIVERED BY DUE DATE (GEORGE (HUB))

I posted a parcel to Mossel Bay on 25/07/2015 by 29/07/2015 its still at Witspos Hub. Parcel was suppose to arrive in Mossel Bay by 30/07/2015. On 04/08/2015 the parcel is still at George Hub!!!! The delivery time is 3-4 working days, its 7 workings days!!!! WHY THE DELAY????? RD***ZA<br> <br> I received no response from my previous parcel, POOR POOR service!!!!
