Parcel Not Delivered - Arrived from USA in Jun-2018

A parcel of mine arrived from the USA in Jun-2018. It was released from customs on 02-Aug-2018 and arrived at JHB International Mail Center on 08-Aug-2018. I continuously call the SA Post Office call center and no one can tell me where or when can I expect delivery. I'm given the JHB Mail center number ********** 000 but no one answers my call. I don't know what to do anymore as no one is willing to help me. Please help me get my parcel.
