PARCEL NOT DELIVERED 45 DAYS SINCE ARRIVING AT CUSTOMS

My parcel landed at JIMC OR TAMBO at the beginning of July,

I still have not received it, the numbers to check what the hold up is are never answered and im frustrated.

How much more must I wait for something that belongs to me??

I want my goods already.
