Parcel not delivered

My parcel was posted on the 16th June from the United States and it arrived in Johannesburg on the 20th June. On the 21st June the tracking status showed that it was in transit to my address but never arrived. I called EMS South Africa on Wednesday the 3rd July and was told that the parcel was return to JIMC (I have no idea why). The consultant who assisted me sent a mail to the relevant people to re-deliver but non of them are responded to the mail until last week Friday the 6th July where i was told that my parcel has been return to JIMC and i must call them to find out why it was returned. I called JIMC on Friday from the number listed on the website but it just rang for a very long time. Today 9th July I called again and still the number just rang. It has been a while since my parcel has arrived in SA but i still haven't received it and not getting any assistance. Please help me find my parcel!
