Parcel not delivered

I have been waiting for parcel RL ********** 89CN since 3rd November 2017. On the 4th December 2017 my parcel was booked in at Witspos - and that is where the tracking stops. I have send numerous emails and I have tried to phone. No person is answering at the called centre and the staff at Witfield Post Office cannot get hold of any person as well. There is no response to emails, it is not even acknowledged.
