parcel not delivered

went to my post office, asked for the safest and quickest way to send and envelope to Morocco..was told 3 working days by EMS.....1 month later still has not arrived at the destination EMS who the post office use do not answer there phones and a mail sent almost two weeks ago was only answered today saying its sill in destination......why did i pay so much and the reason for its delay....the post office nor EMS will not answer....<br> <br> NEVER use the post office to send packages or documents to a foreign destination!!!
