Parcel not delivered

I sent a parcel from Florida Post office on the 26th, payed insurance and everything on it. Today is the 10th and the parcel still has not been delivered to Umlazi post office. My cousin went to the Umlazi post office on Saturday and was advised that it had not arrived yet when I follow ed up with the Florida post office they advised that apparently there has been issues in regards to postal service. This is unacceptable service and I am having to call and follow up on my dime consistently. I sent emails to customer service, not a single person has responded or called me. I am disgusted by the lack of customer care here. Could someone at least have the decency to get back to me after reading this review. My tracking number is PA ********** 78ZA. I intend to escalate this as far as i can should no one get back to me and advise me on the way forward. If my parcel is lost, I had best be reimbursed. The only person who has tried to assist but can also only do so much, is Winnie from the the Florida post office. I wish more of your staff were as helpful.
