PARCEL NOT DELIVERED

I was supposed to have received my graduation photos in April this year. I took the slip that was sent to me with Trace Reference KD*** to the post office in JHB(Jeppe Street) only to be told they can't find my parcel. the old man there had the nerve to tell they are also human, they make mistakes. said that they might have given it to someone else. they took my numbers and no one got back to me up to today.I paid a lot of money for those photos and most of all memories of my graduation are there. so can they do something about it because its been 7 months now. my I am so disappointed with the service there.
