Parcel not being sent by hub

My parcel was sent from Centurion (destination) Auckland New Zealand Sent 11 September 2017 up and till today 6 November 2017 this parcel is still at Johannesburg Hub. Please can anyone give straight answers. This is un professional. CV ********** 14ZA
