Parcel not been delivered

I have order items for Ireland.<br> 1st parcel was ordered on the 14th July and went missing.<br> 2nd ( replacement) parcel was mailed on the 31st July and arrived on the 8th August at JHB Int mail HUB<br> <br> According to the tracking it still shows at JHB Int mail Hub.<br> Phoning the call center is just a waist of time as know one answers the phones.<br> After sometime getting e-mail addresses i was informed its still laying at customs. <br> <br> The parcel are already over a month late.
