Parcel not available at pickup point

I’ve been waiting for my parcel from the tracking stated that parcel it’s ready for collection on the 15 September till today when I go to the post office they don’t have my parcel I’ve sent emails ,messages on their Facebook page still no response I’m very disappointed with SA Post Office
