Parcel no received

I have ordered a parcel from overseas. The parcel arrive at JIMC 12/06/2020. Its been sitting there ever since. On the 6/07/2020 is states that Departed From Inward Office of Exchange. Sitting there for over a month. It is really terrible to wait for something so long. Why is our postal services so slack? How long do I still have to wait? You phone you email and absolutely no response from anyone.. My tracking number is LB***SC.. Can someone please assist and let me know hoe long still?
