Parcel movement unacceptably slow

RI ********** 80ZA Parcel has been scanned 3 times, 12/14/2018, 12/31/2018 and 01/11/2019. I would like to know what is the reason for the parcel staying at CAPE MAIL HUB while showing a status of being in TRANSIT?

I have been in contact with the post office and they told me they cannot say how long the parcel would be at CAPE MAIL.
