Parcel 'Missing' since March

I had a sample item couriered to SA from the States in late MArch. The supplier courier delivered to SAPO on or around the 26th of March. That is where the item magically vanished into thin air. I'm assuming that because it was marked as a watch sample, one of their lovely employees decided to help themselves to it. the US supplier will not replace as it was delivered to SA. I have emiled and called several time to these jokers and no reply was ever received. No wonder you are a thing of the past. I'm sure no -one will respond and I can kiss my sample and money goodbye. Pathetic and no wonder no-one trusts this country
