Parcel missing since 5th February 2018

My Fiance send me a parcel from Florida USA with tracking number and last status update was JHB international at 5 Feb 2018 9:35. I called many times but no response. No one can tell me where my parcel is located. I called ********** /6/7/8/9/10/12/16 but phones just ring. I also send many emails out to customer service also no respond. I am desperate to locate my parcel as there is study book inside that I urgently need.

Is there anyone that can help me?
