Parcel missing in JHB

I have been waiting for a parcel from the US which arrived in Johannesburg on 15 July. There has been no movement and after many queries get told that there is no parcel. I have contacted the courier company in the US a few times and had to apologize for referring my query to them due to incompetence in my country. How do I find my parcel?
