Parcel Missing

I have been taken from pillar to post by Marshalltown post office I ordered a phone via Wish online last year November and it was delivered in December 2020 ,arrived in South Africa on 12 Dec 2020 The phone arrived in Marshalltown on the 05th of march and they sent it back the same day saying that it did not have correct information yet they claim to have sent me an sms for collection which I did not receive I made several follow ups with the Marshalltown Post office who were telling that due to Covid 19 there maybe delays ,I went to the office until June when I was told that my parcel arrived on the 5th of March 2021 and was sent back the same day due to incorrect information Post Office claimed that they sent me an sms but when I told them that I did not receive the sms, they then checked the contact number written on the parcel and they said it was incorrect I have sent many emails to the manager and the those who deal with international parcels at the airports but with no luck The Marshalltown manager is Mr Hendrik Mattee Landline: ***| Fax: ***Email: *** And I included Gertruida Smith <***> and also *** but nothing is being done I want my phone My Mobile number is : *** Parcel Tracking number: RR***TO
