Parcel Missing

<p>I handed my parcel in at the Wierda Park Post Office on 05/12/2016. On the 19/12/2016 is was returned back to Wierda Park Post Office. No one could give me an explanation. This parcel is no missing in action and accoridng to my tracking number, the parcel is in transit since the 13/12/2016 and that was also the last day that is was scanned. IS there a way that I can get back my parcel. Why should we pay R55-00 for such a services?</p> <p>In future I will certainley use a courier company of PostNet but not SA POST OFFICE.</p> <p> </p>
