Parcel missing

I posted my parcel on the 29th January 2018,parcel was supposed to arrive in Gauteng Westonaria in a week's time. Till today the tracking system has been showing it in all the wrong post offices, now after I have searched today, it says its in detention for outgoing international and I don't understand that, how because its supposed to be in Westonaria in the west rand. I have sent numerous emails as well as telephone calls which all goes unanswered, I don't know what to do anymore.
