Parcel meant for Pretoria sent to Nelspruit - nobody answers at their call centre

My parcel clearly marked "Pretoria, Gauteng" made it all the way from Hong Kong only to be sent to Nelspruit, because that's where Pretoria is right? Nobody at the call center answers the phones, yesterday I held on for 33 minutes before giving up. Today I gave up after 28 minutes. Emails are not answered. Their website and phone app gives different locations. for the parcel. All I want is my parcel but it seems to be lost forever.
