PARCEL LOST, TRACK AND TRACE NOT WORKING, NO RESPONSE

Good Day Mr Barnes
I have still not had a reply to my email I sent Witspos the 3 December, nor have you responded to the email below.
I went to the Musgrave post office to follow up and they say the parcel has been at Benmore post office since the 10 December.
What is wrong with SAPO tracking services?
What is wrong with SAPO social etiquette? How about a reply to my emails?
The public needs to be aware that SAPO is non functioning and does not care at all about customers.
Courier is the only way forward. If I do not hear back from you I am going to take this matter forward on Hello Peter and other social media platforms.
A most disappointed ex customer
Helen Clementz

----- Forwarded Message -----
From: ********** />To: mark barnes ********** />Sent: Tue, 03 Jan 2017 14:07:59 +0200 (SAST)
Subject: CAN WE DEPEND ON SAPO?

Dear Mr Barnes
When I read the article about you in the latest Fair Lady I heaved a sigh of relief. There is still hope, I thought.
Then today I received an email from a customer who has not received her parcel which I posted her on the 7 December.
This from Durban to Sandton. It is stuck at Witspos. They do not answer the telephone, so I emailed them and am awaiting a response. I deal in antiques and often used to use the Post Office. Now, however most of my customers request courier services. This is sad and I thought I would bring it to your attention. Our Greyville and Musgrave post offices are rather efficient but that Witspos seems to be another story altogether and requires your attention.
Kind Regards
Helen Clementz
