Parcel lost - no compensation

Hello,

I have posted the item PE***ZA on 17.12.2014. I queried the item in many occasions and on the 15th of January I was advised to submit official complaint at the post office because my parcel is missing between Cresta and Witspos. I have done so on the 16.01.2015 and after many email I received a reference number as well TT112272. The customer paid R749.29 for her products, the postage was R42.20. in January I had to courier a new batch of products to the customer so I had to pay for it plus courier fee. Now after many emails I get a reply at Milnerton branch that \there is no trace of delivery or of the item having been returned to sender. There is no compansation on ordinary uninsured parcels"and the dates on the report are tottaly wrong. In conclusion somebody at post office lost my parcel but no one wants to take resposability to pay for it. This is unacceptable and if I dont get my money back I will report it as ***** to the police. Who ever lost my parcel must refund me the value of the products and the postage """
