Parcel lost in the Bermuda Triangle

Sent a parcel close to 3 weeks ago. Parcel was destined for Canada. Was advised it would arrive within 15 days. To date tracking is not updated and despite calling every department I have been bounced to, no one can locate the parcel. Completely unprofessional and pathetic service. One should rather pay a couple hundred rand more and use a private courier company or Postnet although I have to say the SA Post Office was NOT cheap for....well for NOTHING. Tracking no: CN***ZA
