Parcel lost between JIMC and Speed Services, no one knows what's going on

My parcel from Germany is lost. JIMC tells me it's cleared customs and is with Speed Services. Speed Services tell me it's still at JIMC. No one can help me, being passed from pillar to post, my valuables are missing and I can't get any answers, I'm incredibly concerned and nobody in the post office has any idea what's going on.
