Parcel lost and no Reply!!

What a MESS! I have been waiting for a parcel sent on 17 June 2015 from Cullinan and was received in Bloemfontein on the 20 JUNE! Its 7 July today! Its lost from there and there is absolutely no service at the call center. They do not even pick up at all. The parcel nr is pa***za. What is to be done now?<br> Regards<br> Stefan le Roux
