Parcel Lost ?

I had a parcel sent from China with reference RO ********** 15CN, the movement of the parcel under this reference is that it had “departed from inward office of exchange” on 13/02/2018.

According to the domestic tracking number, RI ********** 13ZA the package was “last scanned on: 2018-03-10 at 11:21”

Whenever I call I get conflicting information I was told that the cargo is with customs then told the parcel had passed customs then told its at customs then told its at JHB hub….

What’s happening guys ?
