PARCEL JUST DISAPPEARED

I ordered a parcel from Bid or Buy 3 weeks ago, which was sent from the Bromhof post office to East London, to date, after several phonecalls, absolutely NO ONE at the post office can tell me where my parcel is. I have been told to call 3 post office branches including the main east London branch, no one can help me.<br> my tracking number PA***ZA and please update your dates and times on your tracking website, because they are incorrect!!!!!
