Parcel its long overdue

I am very much disappointed with post office, i trusted it by delivering parcels but its disturbing that I am being told to come back and check the parcel everyday and there is no sign of it. The parcel was sent on the 12th October from JHB to Bela Bela and yet at Bela Bela post office they say they did not receive any mails, at the JHB post office they say the parcel its at Warm bath, now where on earth is the parcel now? I was given a number to call to track it sometimes the phone is not answered or either they answer it and so far two consultants took my number and they promised to call me back yet none of them called me. Question is, am I gonna get my parcel or not because it's long overdue and I am being told stories, I can't go to Bela Bela post office everyday, it's now week two. It's disturbing.
