Parcel is nowhere to be found

<p>Ordered a parcel which shipped through Swiss post, leaving Hong Kong on November 2nd. This parcel was to take from 5 to 20 days to arrive. However it is now in no database anywhere to track. Sent email upon email to jhb internation mail with not so much as a "we have recieved your query and will reply to you shortly" response. Any attempts to call lead to ringing phones until the line is dead. I have heard too many stories of parcels getting returned to sender if not collected, when the recipient didnt even know it had arrived. </p>
