CAN YOU PLEASE HELP!!!! I'VE SEND A PARCEL TRACKING NR PE 820 041 200 ZA FROM FOCHVILLE POST OFFICE ON THE 12 FEB 2015 AT 11:26:32. THE PARCEL IS IN TRANSIT AT KRUGERSDORP HUB FROM THE 17 FEB 2015 AND TODAY DATE IS THE 27 FEB 2015. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE FOR A PARCEL TO BE AT KRUGERSDORP HUB FOR 10 DAYS ??? AND WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO DELIVER IT???
