Parcel IN TRANSIT (Tshwane Hub) since 8 December 2016

<p>A package with tracking number (PE 734 *** *** ZA) has been send on the 5th of December in Menlo Park. It was last scanned on 8th of December at the Tshwane Hub. I also live in Pretoria, so do not understand why it is taking so long.</p> <p>They also do not respond to any of my emails & all my calls go unanswered... just listen to a "your call is important to us" voice.</p>
