Parcel in Transit since 21st Dec last year

<p>I have been waiting for an important Certificate from last Decemeber but the status on Post Office tracking are not really understandable. I have tried calling them but no one picks up the call. I emailed them as well but haven't had any response. I dont think they have any SLA related to their service. Iam so disaapointed in SAPO. Not even sure what to do to get hold of my Parcel.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
