Parcel in transit for 8 days!!

A parcel was sent from supplier on 3rd August. SAPO says in transit from the 4th August. Today is the 12th August and no change in status. When I phone and query they say there is a problem with fuel??? Seriously??? And I must just wait. <br> Very frustrating
