Parcel in transit for 79 days and still counting

SAPO I AM OUT OF MONEY, IDEAS, I'M STRESSED, I'M NOT SLEEPING, I AM IN SERIOUS NEED FOR HELP.

The international company I ordered from say *they will not refund me* because the parcel has made it's way to SA.

This parcel departed Gauteng Province on 30 January 2021 and till date it hasn't found its way to me. How long does it take a parcel to move from GP to FS?

I filed a complaint and was told that they can't tell me where my package is because it's not registered mail (its understandable) but how long should it move from GP to FS?

Who should pay for it if its lost? How long do I wait till I can declare it lost? Where do I go? Please who can help?
