Parcel in transit

<p>I have an international parcel that came out of custom in the 24 October 2016 ttracking number RG ********** 74CN. this parcel has been in transit JHB int mail since then. I have sent emails to follow up and get automatic responses and no feedback. I'm quite frustrated now and nobody answers their calls at Post Office customer care.</p>
