Parcel in JHB Postal Hub since 16 December.

Cannot believe I have been waiting for nearly 3 weeks for a parcel to be sent from the SAPO JHB Hub. Parcel has been sitting there since 16 Dec. Absolutely no movement reflecting since then. Appealing! Are they on a constant tea break!?
