Parcel In JHB Mail hub and not moving

This is far worse service i have received , i called JHB hub for parcel that has been there since 11/07/2017 and till today parcel is in JHB, I called them and they said parcel is on its way to Cape Town as they scanned it out on the 7th August @9h00 and i called CPT Hub and they said it was untrue and they said JHB -Mail are not being honest as it only shows that it was scanned once .
