Parcel IJ***ZA not dispatched from JHB Hub

I have an international parcel (IJ ********** 99ZA) that cleared customs and was marked for departure to CT from JHB a month ago, but according to the CT hub it was never dispatched by JHB. No response to emails or answering of any phone at JHB hub. .

Please assist.
