Parcel II***ZAdelayed

I have a parcel tracking no II ********** 21ZA that was suppose to be delivered to me long time ago when it reached my local post office it was immediately sent back for reassessment because the amount that was I was supposed to pay was ridiculously high ,but I was never informed before they sent it back thou ,now its been stuck at the jhb international mail centre(HUB) ,when I call there or send email there is no response ,I am going to change my residence soon ,I fear of never receiving my parcel ,are theirs numbers even in commission or are there even people working there
