Parcel held up at JIMC since 12/02/2015

I ordered a parcel from the UK in February this year.<br> <br> International Parcel Tracking shows that the parcel arrived at JIMC on 12/02 and was held by customs on 18/02. As of yet there has been no further update and I have sent emails on 03/03 and 01/04 however no one has had the common decency to respond and it is pointless calling the customer services number as no one answers this and the call is dropped after 5 minutes. I have tried calling now more than 10 times. <br> <br>
