PARCEL HELD UP AT JIMC
Ordered a Parcel in January 2015. It arrived in South Africa the same month. I tried to be patient and checked every now and then but it was not appearing on the system. Suddenly it appeared on the 27/02/2015 at the JIMC arrivals. However since then it has not moved.<br> <br> I have made several attempts to contact the call center and have sent mails. NO RESPONSE!!! <br> <br> I am out of options and am willing to send a courier if it can be arranged at JIMC.<br> <br> Parcel no: RI***CN
