Parcel held up at JHB INT Mail Centre (HUB)

Parcel held up at JHB INT Mail Centre (HUB) apparently due to a backlog. It's been almost a month since the parcel arrived there. No reply on further tracking or explanation requests. Customer service does not answer the phone ever.
