Parcel Held Captive at Customs JIMC (WHY?)

So i bought a Simple Computer cable from China and it was couriered to South Africa, this has been held at customs according to the track and trace website, the tracking number is RI***CN <br> <br> what Frustrates the living devil out of me is that i can't get to them through their million 10 numbers i dialed <br> i sent mails with no Response this was posted to me on 5/9/2015 9:39 PM and arrived on 6/3/2015 8:01 PM, Held at the damn stupid mailing center since 6/7/2015 4:59 PM, now how DOM is that?<br> <br> Can the South African mailing Service or who ever is involved do something about this? because now I lost couple of thousands of Rands in Business with this Computer Cable and thanks to your poor Service, this is much for creating Jobs for young people hey?
