Parcel held by Jimco

I have 2 parcel which I've managed to trace that is being held up at JIMC. No-one has contacted me to say why it's being held up nor can I locate any contact details. The tracking number for the first parcel :RK***CN. Tracking number for the second parcel RK***CN.These are sunglasses and lapel pins I don't understand why they're held.
